Hi Jim, Your trip sounds like it was exquisite. A little easier going than South America? Or maybe not. I got your two messages on the phone. Hope to talk with you soon. Love, Peggy

Thank-you for picture of Eric and Simon. Your commentary has allowed us to enjoy the journey with you. I am left a tad envious but do not tell the boys that. Thank-you again from Eric's missus.

Hi Jim, Peggy and i were sorry to miss your call last night -- we were in Seattle until late evening. We're glad your safe and happy and having such a wonderful trip. We'll want lots of details when we talk next! Especially the situation in Tibet. I was just with the Dalia Lama in Vancouver a few weeks ago -- he's an amazing human being. Call us again as soon as you can. Love, Rick and Peggy

I just reviewed your commentary (and that of the guest reviewer)and it sounds like to me that Shangri law (written like a lawyer)is definitely worth seeing, and the the H2 is definitely worth staying away from. I showed the vehicle reviews to Matt, who was not surprised. He likes the H-1 (?)better, although I think he thought the G wagon should not have had brake problems. I told Sheila not to send you any more emails. Your trip has gone quickly. It's a good time to be away from here. The weather has left a lot to be desired- basically April weather in May from my perspective. We have both Kate and Matt home at the moment, and Matt is working in the office. Kate is trying to decide what to do next. She ended up phi beta kappa, summa cum laude, and w/ departmental honors, so she is in a good position to do a lot of different things. If I know her, it won't take long to get done once she gets started. Speaking of Kates, Barb and I were really impressed with Katie's remarks at the Saratoga event in April. She has a lot of poise, and did a great job. Have a good last leg. Steve

Hi Jim - I've been behind in reading but I'm caught up now. What a great trip! Thought I'd let you know I took Dana into your office and she didn't quit! I'm glad the site is working out. Lots of positive comments about it. See you soon. El
